Terms & Conditions

Aerial Rig Hire

Small and Big- Bookings

  • All bookings are made and confirmed in writing, which will be emailed to the designated email.

  • Small rigs: Email will outline; date of booking delivery, time of delivery, address of delivery, contact details of client, Dreamscape Aerial Rigging contact details, payment details, cost breakdown, apparatus’s booked, special requests, Hire agreement form, Assumption of risk release and liability waiver. A $200 deposit is to be paid with booking fees. Deposit will be returned upon pickup of rigs return, inspection of condition of the rig and equipment.

  • Big Rigs: Email will outline; date of booking, times of booking, venue, contact details of venue, contact details of client, payment details, cost breakdown, apparatus’s booked, special requests, Hire agreement form, Assumption of risk release and liability waiver.

  • Waiver and hire agreement must be filled out and emailed through prior to commencement of booking.

  • 50% payment of rig hire as deposit is required upon booking. The remainder of payment required by 2 weeks after hire return.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation of a booking made by the client,1 week prior to event date, will be refunded in full, minus amount paid for administration cost of $100 and cost of venue. As this is non-refundable by most venues. If the venue allows cancellation without a fee then this will also be refunded. If venue incurs a cancellation fee then that will be unable to be refunded.

  • Cancellation of a booking made by the client within the 1 week prior to event date where 100% of total booking cost has been paid, up to and including the day of event will not be refunded in full. Venue cost may be forfeited depending on the venue’s regulations. Cost of set up and pack down will be forfeited. Parking fees will be forfeited if cancellation is made on the day of event. 50% of the rig and apparatus fee will be forfeited. Cost of instructor onsite will be refunded.

  • Cancellation of a booking on the day of event by Dreamscape Aerial Rigging due to dangerous weather will not be refunded in full. As weather conditions cannot be guaranteed you will be refunded the unused time of the booking. Venue cost may be forfeited depending on the venue’s regulations. Cost of set up and pack down will be forfeited. Parking fees will be forfeited. 50% of instructor/rigger cost will be forfeited. In event of rain, the use of the rig is considered dangerous weather. In this scenario the choice will be given to the client whether they wish to wait until the rain stops or cancel the booking.

  • Cancellation due to extenuating circumstances will be under discretion of Dreamscape Aerial Rigging. In most cases venue cost will be forfeited.

  • If the event is cancelled due to Covid-19 all above cancellation terms are still enforced.

Dreamscape Aerial rigging will not permit people intoxicated/under the influence of drugs or people on strong medication that alters mental awareness on the rig. People MUST have a zero limit of alcohol and drugs. Aerials can be dangerous. Dreamscape Aerial Rigging ensures all standards have been met or exceeded to ensure you have the safest time on the apparatus as we can physically provide. If you are found to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you WILL BE refused and no refund will be provided in any measure.

Terms & Conditions – Aerialists for Performance Bookings

All bookings are made and confirmed in writing, which will be emailed to the designated email. Email will outline; date of booking, times of booking, venue, contact details of venue, contact details of client, Dreamscape Aerial Rigging contact details, payment details, cost breakdown, apparatus’s booked, special requests, performer’s contact details, performance music details, costume/makeup details and safety brief.

Payment

All bookings must have deposit of 25% of total booking fee paid at time of booking. Full payment must be received within 2 weeks after performance unless otherwise previously agreed in writing. Excluding photographers fees, these payments are under agreement by each photographer.

Cancellation

  • If booking is cancelled 1 week prior to the event date, cost of costuming (if performer is providing the costume) will be forfeited, admin cost of $100 will be forfeited. All other cost will be refunded.

  • Cancellation of a booking made by the client within the 1 week prior to event date where 25% of total booking cost has been paid, up to and including the day of event will not be refunded in full. If prior to 24hrs before event, costuming fees will be forfeited. For every performance each performer has been booked for, will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

  • If cancelled within 24hr period to the booked time, for every performance each performer has been booked for, will incur a $300 cancellation fee and costuming fees will be forfeited. Parking fees if already paid for rehearsals, run-throughs and actual performance will be forfeited.

  • If the event is cancelled due to Covid-19 all above cancellation terms are still enforced.
    IN THE EVENT A PERFORMER CANNOT ATTEND A BOOKED PERFORMANCE the act on standby will fill their position.

  • In the event of extreme weather/unsafe conditions/ unsafe performance venue. Dreamscape Aerial Rigging reserves the right to withdraw a performer, their safety is paramount.

  • Cancellation due to extenuating circumstances will be under discretion of Dreamscape Aerial Rigging.
